Beachwalk Isles is a small, gated, residential community built around three lakes approximately five minutes' drive from the unspoilt islands of Sanibel and Captiva and the extensive white sands of the popular resort of Ft Myers Beach.

Built in 2001, the villa sleeps six and is fully air conditioned - the ceilings are vaulted and there are ceiling fans in all main rooms.

• Master suite (with TV / VCR) has a queen size bed and opens on to the pool area. The en-suite bathroom has a vanity unit with two inset basins, together with a garden tub plus shower.

• Two further bedrooms (one with queen size bed and TV and the other with twin beds) share the family bathroom.

• Good size kitchen (with breakfast nook) is well equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob cooker, built-in microwave and ice-making fridge / freezer

•Laundry room with washer and dryer.

•Spacious living room with formal dining area and comfortable sitting area (TV / DVD / VCR and Hi-Fi) which leads to the screened lanai, pool and enlarged south-facing sun deck with lake views - table, chairs and sun loungers are provided (pool can be electrically heated when required).
